Breakfast this weekend turned from trying a new place to super happy, happy land when we arrived at Fred 62. They were overtaken by Tokidoki!! I was such a great surprise to find a package of cuteness to accompany my meal! Fred 62 is around the corner from my hair stylist so an easy-peasy little stop on the trip. The food was really great ( I had home made POP TARTS!!!) but the service a little slow. We will definitely be going back for munching later when it isn't jam packed with people. If you've never been to a Japanese pop up restaurant, this was very reminiscent. The restaurant had a themed Tokidoki set menu and swag for purchase. The characters were also displayed in large format on the walls of the place. I got a blind box toy and a t-shirt. Let's just say, "breakfast was extra pricey today." The t-shirt was $20 and the blind box toy, $8. My toy came packaged in this cute little juice box. My figure ended up being a little honey bear! super cute and he sits on the shelf next to my desk at home. He's about 2 inches tall and fits right in with all the other toys. Even the napkin was CUTE!! I had to get a picture before it got too dirty. I know it's a little blurry, best I could do quickly! I also got a Fred 62 + Tokidoki sticker - not sure where to put it yet but it's adorable. It matches my PC so I might have a place to put it. Save Save Save Save
