Yesterday, Husband and I went to one of our favorite neighborhoods here in LA, Little Tokyo.

We visited Kinokuniya book store to pick up a magazine subscription and had lunch at Koraku Ramen.

I picked up some new sketch books. I thought I’d give graph paper a tray a la Tula Pink.

The yellow one has more of a water color paper feel to it. Since I tend to draw with whatever writing implement is handy – I thought it would be a good idea to get heavier paper.

A few months ago, during the summer, on one visit to the mall in Little Tokyo they appeared to be having some water trouble.
